The Kong

I've read that puppies will chew everything when they are teething - my leather shoes, wires, and flip flops are only some of this week's casualties. Last night, though, we were surprised to find little Rocky gnawing on the metal door hinges! David says that he continued to chew on the metal bars of his crate all night long - (I am not sure either one of them got much sleep!)














In search of a simple solution that would protect Rocky's baby teeth (and enable my boyfriend to get a good night's sleep) I went to the store that has everything : Target.

The puppy kong is a miracle! The rubber is treated with chemicals that help soothe Rocky's gums, and it is chewy and bouncy enough that it has kept him occupied for hours. Thank you Mr. Kong!!!
